Worrying about parents takes up so much mental headspace - and helping employers support their employees in this is game-changing.
We help reduce stress, guilt and emotional load, and give employees a meaningful way to support their loved ones through travel and life-planning confidence.

2. Employees in their later working years
People who are beginning to think about retirement, reduced hours or new life goals, who want purpose, confidence and support to make the most of this next chapter but aren’t sure where to begin, especially with travel.
Our Workplace Workshops
We offer two flagship sessions, delivered online or in person:

A warm, practical session exploring:

This workshop helps reduce emotional strain and supports mental wellbeing.
2. Planning a fulfilling life beyond work - the travel edition

These workshop-style events are for people who’ve always had an interest to use their retirement to embrace life and travel a bit more, yet perhaps feel lacking in confidence or inspiration to make that first step.

Everyone is unique and has different experience levels and needs with travel. In these workshops, we start at where they’ve been and what they’ve enjoyed, go through their ideas and inspiration, through to sharing any concerns and apprehensions. We wrap up with a commitment towards a next step, plus share lots of resources and support to help them get there.

We can also partner with and deliver these in collaboration with your pension provider.
