For employers
We focus on two groups who are often underserved in traditional wellbeing programmes:

1. Employees supporting ageing parents and loved ones
Many employees are quietly juggling work while worrying about their parents or older loved ones - encouraging them to enjoy retirement, travel and live fully, while carrying a lot of emotional responsibility.
That worry takes up mental headspace and doesn’t switch off at work.
Retire & Roam helps reduce stress, guilt and emotional load by giving employees something positive and practical to share - supporting their loved ones to feel more confident about travel and life after work.

2. Employees in their later working years
We also support employees who are beginning to think about retirement, reduced hours or what comes next.
For many, travel is part of that picture - but confidence, inspiration or clarity may be missing. Our workshops offer space to think things through and feel more reassured about the exciting possibilities ahead.

Travel in retirement workshops (no cost to employers)

These live, workshop-style sessions are designed for people who want to use retirement to enjoy life and travel more - but feel unsure where to start or how to move forward.
They’re practical, reflective and supportive, and recognise that everyone’s experience of travel - and life - is different.

In the workshops, we:
-
Start with what travel people have enjoyed in the past.
-
Explore ideas and sources of inspiration.
-
Gently work through common concerns and apprehensions.
-
Discuss barriers such as confidence, finance, safety and language.
-
Finish with a realistic next step, plus resources to support it.

Workshops are paid for at the time of booking by the individual.
They can also be delivered as bespoke sessions in partnership with your pension provider, complementing existing retirement and financial wellbeing support.
